I have been in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent since 1991 and have seen every market imaginable. My career began in New Homes industry where I honed my skills in construction and marketing. I also have had experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager of a large mortgage broker as well as a Sales & Marketing Director for local and regional builders. The most common theme about me from my clients is that they are amazed at the diversity of my knowledge in real estate, land and new homes. One of my special clients commented to a person to whom he referred me to is as someone that explained the home buying and selling process in detailed, yet in manageable terminology. I really enjoy what I do and I have been told it shows. I care deeply for my clients. My goal in every transaction is to ensure that everyone; from the Buyers to Sellers, to the all the agents and brokers that every possible detail is covered, explained and completed to its success. Rick joins The Weymouth Group after 3 years of being an individual agent servicing both buyers and sellers all over the Baltimore/ Washington D.C. metropolitan corridor.  He has an extensive construction background that spanned over a decade in both the commercial and residential sides of building.
